Very professional and easy to work with. The crew was exceptional and our garage is the envy of our neighbors. **★★★★★ — Ross Vigran, Sept. 2026** > I was very pleased with the professionalism and level of service received from Brad and his team at Ideal Garage Solutions. They were responsive, timely, and detailed in their work. The finished product looks great and I wish I had done this project sooner. **★★★★★ — Ryan, April 2025** > Ideal Garage Solutions did a great job under non-ideal weather circumstances in completing our garage floor resurfacing. Brad was impressively attentive in ensuring this project was finished in a timely manner. He personally made several trips to our house to prep our floor and delivered/set up a dehumidifier and fans, etc. to ensure the floor was dry during the excessive rainfall that week. We were very impressed that the president of a company would take on these responsibilities himself instead of passing them down to employees. All and all, this was a great experience with refreshingly great service! I will recommend Ideal Garage Solutions to any neighbor, family member, friend, coworker or anyone looking to make garage improvements. **★★★★★ — Don D., Dec. 2023** > I finally decided that it was time to give my garage a face-lift and get this part of our home more organized. Fortunately, I found Ideal Garage Solutions, and they were able to give me exactly what I was looking for, and desperately needed. Thank you to Brad and his entire team. I highly recommend this company to everyone. **★★★★★ — Jayne Halter, March 2023** > They repaired a 60 plus year old concrete garage floor and made it made beautiful. The cracks and spalls were repaired and a beautiful coating was installed. I hated to put anything back on the floor it looked so good. **★★★★★ — Don, Nov. 2022** > Great job installing garage floor coating, cabinets and slat walls. Job completed professionally on time and on budget. Would highly recommend. **★★★★★ — Beth Robinson, Sept. 2022** > Brad (owner) was knowledgeable, informative and not pushing in his consultation visit. His company's prices are competitive, his team was on time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. My garage floor looks amazing!! I would recommend Ideal Garage Solutions to everyone I know! **★★★★★ — Mike Hoeting, Aug. 2022** > Ideal Garage Solutions transformed our old worn out garage! They came in right on time and finished in 2 days. The floor turned out better than I expected! **★★★★★ — cbergman41, July 2022** > On time, polite crew, cleaned up. Couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. Garage looks great. Brad got the job done when we needed it done. **★★★★★ — HU-880025675, June 2022** > Outstanding results. Was very pleased from the start when I met Brad who is the owner, he was very professional and down to earth. He explained the entire process and thoroughly answered all my questions. Austin and David who did the install were also very professional and did an outstanding job! We could not be more pleased with the result, highly recommend! **★★★★★ — Jim Dougherty, June 2022** > My concrete garage floor was chipping, pot marked, and dusty, and in the past I had tried to patch it and paint it myself, but the results did not last long, and the paint would usually chip off. An Ideal Garage floor is not cheap, but it is worth the investment to get your floor done right. Brad Miller is great to work with, and he is responsive and a perfectionist. The quality of the garage floor solution is great. They diamond grind the floor smooth to prep the concrete, fill in any cracks, and even coat up the sides of the foundation to the drywall. I had my garage floor coated in "Ideal Gravel" color 5 years ago and I get many compliments from neighbors and friends on how good it looks. The coating is hard and durable, and the quality is great. It never delaminates, and I have never had "hot tire pickup" issues with it. It is easy to clean, I have spilled paint drops and they scrap right off, dirt washes off easily, and oil spills wipe off without staining. In fact, I was so happy with the garage floor that I contracted them again to coat an outdoor concrete slab on the back patio of my house this summer in the "Ideal Creekbed" tan color. Again, Brian the installer and his team were on time, professional, and did quality work. I would recommend Ideal Garage Solutions for anyone that is looking to coat their garage floor or outdoor patio space. **★★★★★ — HU-819415383, May 2022** > Brad and his team did a fantastic job with my garage floor. He was always professional, timely with his responses, and the work performed is second to none. I would highly recommend Ideal Garage Solutions to anyone. ## Selected projects - [Finished Garage Spaces](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/finished-garage-spaces-pj-vj~474587) - Location: Cincinnati, OH - Photos: 37 - [Garage Cabinets and Flooring in Maineville, OH](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/garage-cabinets-and-flooring-in-maineville-oh-pj-vj~2371585) - Location: Maineville, OH - Photos: 3 - [New Year...New Look for your Garage!](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/new-year-new-look-for-your-garage-pj-vj~850163) - Location: Cincinnati, OH - Photos: 12 - [Traditional Garage & Storage in Cincinnati, OH](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/traditional-garage-and-storage-in-cincinnati-oh-pj-vj~1809539) - Location: Cincinnati, OH - Photos: 24 - Description: We successfully installed our custom cabinetry to allow for natural light to enter the garage and successfully allow for items to be placed behind closed doors. Working under a very tight schedule with no budget for a designer and no experience with remodeling, we relied on Houzz for guidance on everything from layout to materials, finishes and fixtures. We opened up our kitchen to improve light and flow, and turned our garage into a cheerful play/laundry/storage space. The rest of the house got a “facelift” with refinished floors, new paint and fixtures. I wish we had better before and after pictures of the whole house, but I just wanted to post a few pics of our kitchen and garage just in case they can help anyone. Thanks again! A: Amazing transition! Great use of the space! **Q: how to store fishing rods?** *(in Photo Questions)* What is the track system used to store the fishing rods? A: We use Slatwall Wall Organization.
