> This company has the worst customer service I have encountered. Brandon was condescending and couldn't even get our names correctly. It was a complete chore for him to give us an in-person home visit to go over samples, only doing it on day when he was in our area. When asked to come again to review samples and other options, he asked us to meet him halfway to where he was located! We got the runaround for install dates. Brandon would text us wrong information and mistook us for another client. When we were not happy with the products, we looked to get a refund but instead got pushback and threats. STAY AWAY from this company. When we tried to escalate it to Chris, he too was unhelpful. We have done home renovations with a variety of companies in several states we have lived in and this has truly been a disappointment. Don't even waste your time in getting an estimate from them. We have warned designers we have worked with of our poor experiences.

> We wanted bottom up shades, but not honeycombs.  After getting the run around from multiple local companies, we finally found LUTEK online.  From the first phone call, we have had exceptional service.  Since there isn't a local dealer near us, we needed to do all of the measuring and installation ourselves.  Needless to say, this meant endless support from LUTEK personnel.  They patiently answered our innumerable questions with exceptionally detailed emails and phone calls. (Thanks Matt and Brent!!).  Best of all the shades are very high quality and look fabulous.  It took us a year of searching to find LUTEK, but it was worth the wait.  I highly recommend them.

> I only review people who I truly believe in and Lu-Tek is one of those companies.  I've worked with Lu-Tek on projects professionally along the front range and in the mountain resort communities of Colorado.  When it came time for us to replace the window treatments in my home, I hired Lu-Tek to provide the shades and install them. Lu-Tek was able to install battery operated motorized shades in areas where we didn't have wires.  Now, when the direct sun would normally hit our TV or computers, we just have a remote that we use to close those shades.  It's also nice to hit a single button and have our street-facing shades close every night.  We've really enjoyed the window treatments that Kelli and her crew did for us.
