I told Jerry at American Gardens of my wish to include an entertainment center in my dream backyard. He had worked with Barrett’s TV before, and found them very responsive to customers and suggest I give them a call. I did make that call and as the saying goes, “the rest is history.” Barrett’s TV staff made an appointment with me on a Saturday morning at my house to find out exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. Within a few days, I was provided a cost and timeline. A convenient time that fit around my busy life was scheduled for the instillation. I am not particularly tech savvy and wanted to easily be able to use the equipment. The staff was amazing and made sure use of all the equipment was easy for me to use. They even have an afterhours call center where I could ask questions, which is a great service. I enjoyed my TV and music in my backyard all summer and so have my guests. They tied each of these together on an integrated home automation system which we can access, including remotely, through one single app, that has also been integrated with our Amazon Alexa. I could not be any more pleased with the work they have performed. They were extremely professional, responsive, and courteous. They assigned a whole team to my project (Ross D., Dave D., Doug R., etc.) so I could easily contact someone with the many questions that would pop up that would be answered in less than day, and often they would send someone out on weekends (on top of having worked the regular week) to address various other things that would pop up time to time. I appreciated their current knowledge of the state-of-the-art technology available. The Volga blue has more texture than the absolute, but many are commenting on the black countertops looking bad because of these issues. A: The color tones are warm and the black hardware and granite tie it all together nicely! **Q: What is the wall color?
