Our first selected millwork contractor got too busy with another project and informed us on short notice that he can’t complete the work. An upholstered sofa had to be returned by the design team several times to the upholsterer and several delays and backorders occurred from the furniture vendors. That caused the final walk-through date to be shifted three times. The Decor Aid team was always on top of those problems and fought hard for our interests. We are sure they got a lot of grey hairs chasing the contractors given the scope of our work. Glad we chose to go all out from the beginning.
