> My real personal experience about Bob’s Discount Furniture is one word: Cheap. Hope my review can help you make an educated decision. Here’s why I say “Cheap”:

> 1\. Cheap Product: My chest leg cracked in the first week. The wood used in their furniture was poor and cheap.
> 2\. Cheap Protection Plan: I spent a few hundred dollars for their accident protection plan. However, when I claimed a damage through the protection plan, they simply ignored me. Their so-called protection plan is so cheap, not worth a penny.
> 3\. Cheap Warranty: They claimed the products have 10 years or 15 years or even 20 years of warranty. Here’s the catch: they only give a credit which you paid for 10 years, 15 years or 20 years ago. They do not count discount applied when you purchased at that time or do not consider inflation at all. When I claimed the warranty for the adjustable bed base they asked me to pay for the difference of a few hundred dollars. I have never heard warranty works like that. Their warranty is cheap.
> 4\. Cheap Parts Replacement Policy: They have the replacement parts for the adapter for the adjustable bed base, but they refused to replace it. Their policy is cheap and rigid.
> 5\. Cheap Customer Service: I called in several times with different matters mentioned above. Overall their customer services are one of the worst in retail business. Even after I escalated to their supervisors, the supervisors either did not respond to my call as promised or did not care how customers feel. They simply said they could no longer help.

> In short, Bobs furniture may sound cheaper than other stores. But with the above 5 cheap points, you will end up spending more. Now I am stuck with my adjustable bed after only 5 years. I will NEVER buy from Bobs again. Waste of my money and time. If you are an educated customer, after reading this review, I believe you know what to do. Best of luck for your shopping!

> I purchase a living room set 7 months ago, couch arm is broken apart and side chair sagging. They won’t fix it or replace it. So if you want to get a set think about the word DISCOUNT FURNITURE. I think it stands for cheap.that’s my opinion. For $2500 you should get better quality. I still have 5 more months of payment on it.
