> The owner of Premier Construction out of Fairmont, WV is Robert Gayle Riffle. It took him over a year to build the home. Towards the end of the project, we discovered that he was taking money out of our construction account without completing the work. The lawyers at the bank got after Riffle and he was forced to complete the work. After the project closed, we found out that Riffle did not pay many of the suppliers for materials to build our home. We had multiple leins placed on our house that we had to pay tens of thousands of dollars to make right. Riffle then proceeded to file for bankruptcy to wiggle his way out of accountability. He has no business building anything.

> BEWARE! Bob Riffle (owner)  hasn't paid his suppliers (lumber yard, and concrete)  We now have 2 liens against our house for over $15k, after paying him in full over $60k. Also, our addition is 3 inches out of square.

> Premier built a 600 sq. ft. addition (with bar and fireplace) which involved a new roof on the entire house, a rebuilt deck, hardwood floors throughout the house and addition, and a new patio with a versa-lok retaining wall. Excellent job all the way around! Professional, easy to work with, and always available to answer questions. Would highly recommend this contractor for any building project!
