> I would never use Bizzy Bea’s knowing what I know now. Why?
>
> •Bizzy Bea’s significantly underestimated the cost of my job - their explanation was “sorry”. Their final billing number is still very much in dispute.
> •The company initially offered a military discount, but said they refused to apply the military discount on the additional work that they had underestimated. The reason given by Bizzy Bea’s was - we can change that policy at any time. In my opinion this a very poor business practice and an insult to me and to other military customers.
> •Work crews were frequently late and at times didn’t show up until hours after the agreed upon start times. This poor crew management caused great customer inconvenience and prolonged the project. Bizzy Bea’s was notified of this concern, but the practice continued throughout the project.
> •In the middle of the job the wrong color laminate bullnose was brought to the job and installed. This quality control issue resulted in the bullnose having to be taken-up, correct color ordered and then later reinstalled.
> •Bizzy Bea’s used photos of the interior of my home without oral or verbal permission. Despite knowing of my dissatisfaction with Bizzy Bea’s work and being in dispute, I find it particularly offensive that pictures of my home have been placed on the Internet as a testimonial.
> •The company has charged $543.96 for 3 stair treads (part of the dispute). The stair treads were going under the laminate having no cosmetic value.  I visited Home Depot which had a normal range of stair treads priced from $12- $50 each to include hardwood.
> •Bizzy Bea’s never conducted a final quality control check walk through with me.
> •Attempts have been made to dialog with Bizzy Bea’s with no success to date. I am still trying to resolve this ongoing dispute after a month. They just don’t get it.

> 1st time that I have heard of BIzzy Bea's or called for service from this company.  Jessica was very professional and helpful with the information on the day after Christmas and scheduled an appointment for this morning.  Also found a Groupon which was helpful although their prices were quite fair without the coupon.  Johnnie did a stellar job throughout the downstairs and added an upstairs bedroom as a courtesy.  I would highly recommend them and plan to continue with them in the future!

**Q: Very nice! Did you just do the stairs or the railings too?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Just the stairs...the homeowner had custom railing put in after the fact. We would be interested in partnering with a railing company so we can provide this in house.
