Maybe we wouldn't pass? Still don't have a set of plans that are accurate. Has made it very difficult to refinance. No lien releases, and definitely no follow through on the punch list. > The "look" of the house is fabulous. Said that the work was complete , and asked for the payment, which I foolishly paid . Soon after , their work started coming apart , stairs broken , faucets with no water , no mantle over the fireplace amongst a host of other things . They would promise to come out and fix and complete the work for almost 1.5 years . I now have to hire another contractor to fix and finish their shoddy work . Be careful with these people .
