> I hired this company for a countertop and backsplash project and was very disappointed with the experience.

> Communication was poor, and key details were not clearly documented or confirmed prior to fabrication. A revised slab layout was never provided for approval, which led to avoidable design and fit issues.

> Installation took longer than represented and required on-site modifications. Most concerning, the backsplash was fabricated incorrectly around multiple electrical outlets, leaving openings that do not properly fit standard outlets or cover plates.
>
> When I raised these issues before final payment, I was met with lien threats rather than a good-faith effort to resolve the defects. I paid to move on, but do not consider the workmanship acceptable.
>
> I would caution future customers to insist on clear approvals and carefully inspect all work before final payment.
