> We had a very negative experience with Ashley Fine Floors. Starting with poor project management and a lack of communication, we had a lot of trouble with our installers who were trying to rush the job. The job went 6 times over the original estimated timeline and we're still left with a poor install job and deficiencies that wont be fixed because management and ownership had no customer service whatsoever, but demanded payment in full!

> I recently had a terrible experience with Ashley Floors.  After short ordering me product, my install by them went from 2 days to just over three weeks with my house in chaos due to an incomplete install.  The follow up to then source product was very poor. Subsequent follow up up with the owner made the situation and the experience even worse.  There are many flooring options in Edmonton - do yourself a favour and stay away from Ashley!
