> Mike is the best part of building a new home!  He is conscientious, hardworking, focused, smart, and he genuinely cares about the quality of home he is building.   He also has built a great team to complete his projects, from hardworking men working directly for him to honest and hardworking subcontractors.  He is also willing to 'think outside the box' when we have wanted to do something that he has never done before...and he will do it right, by doing research, making calls, creating mock-ups... He is the only contractor I would ever consider using...and to say this 2 years into a very complex project is really saying something!  Mike Kinney is the best contractor in Iowa!
