A: The height is !5"  It has label and Certificate of Authenticity . The technique of the rooster it's made with very recognizable as Murano glass,  there is nobody in the world can reproduce this technique

Can you please describe the top surface of this pedestal?  how big is it?  how do I attach something to it?

A: The top of the base measures 3” in diameter.  There is a hole that you use a bolt and washers to attach our sundial to the base.  The mounting bolt and washers come with our horizontal sundials.
