The owner, Jerry, helped with design and creative aspects of a new floor plan, new colors, and all new everything in the kitchen and dining room. He referred us to great vendors in town, and guided us through the process with tremendous knowledge and kindness. He and his employees were punctual, friendly and efficient. Urban Upkeep replaced all of the floors, painted every wall and ceiling, and completed a major renovation of the kitchen and dining room. They removed the wall dividing the k/d.r., and added a two level bar in its place. They put in all new lighting, new cabinets, new appliances and new countertops. In addition, they moved the sink, and included seating space on both the island and the bar. We can now entertain our guests easily, with the open floor plan facilitating both movement and conversation. We couldn't be more pleased.
