> Joe and his team from Rossmore built us what was effectively a brand new ~900 square foot composite deck, including framing out and finishing the space needed to drop our hot tub into it. He was patient in spending time with us to make sure we decided on the best materials for our budget (Azek Mahogany decking and Index Hampton Railings in this case), “held our hand” in designing the appropriate layout, and stayed flexible when we learned that we needed to add an egress to our basement. Allowing for needed changes, the project came in near the original budget and on-time. We’re considering a kitchen remodel and Joe will be our first call. He’s personable, honest and hard working and we’d be happy to recommend him to our friends. The space turned out beautifully!

During estimation phase we discussed the project item by item. And started the job as it was scheduled.

> We hired Joe / Rossmore to build a deck and install two shelves at our house in September 2017.  The quality and level of professionalism with the work was excellent.  Additionally, working with Joe is a pleasure.  He's a great guy, easy to talk to, listens to what you have to say, etc.  I would recommend Rossmore to friends and family and hope to, personally, work with them again on other projects at our house.  To be balanced, though, if there's one area where there could have been improvements, it would have been through better managing to a timeline and also communicating delays more effectively with us.  Our project took longer than expected, and there were times when we had to call Rossmore and push for answers.  The best professionals in any industry know how to effectively and proactively manage this dialog with the customer.  An easy fix for Rossmore, so I hope they do this in the future.  Overall, though, great job and great people!

what series and color is this decking?

A: This I believe is Tropical Walnut from Procell line of decking. Azek has since then  purchased Procell and Timbertech.

A: This is a fiberon Home select railing.
