> Koby is amazing.  We took our house down to the studs, added 700 square feet and lived in the house with two small kids while it was going on and I still like him.  I had used another contractor in the past and had nothing but problems, but with Koby I never had to worry about things. He would often say, "ahhh....that is mine to worry about/fix" and I was often grateful not to have another thing on my plate to deal with.

> We did our project in two parts so we could live in one side of house while the construction was going on on the other side.  Koby did an amazing job of walling off our living area so that it stayed dust free which is a huge deal.  I have lived through other major projects and the coating of dust that gets on absolutely everything is awful.  Not to mention myself and the kids having to breathe all of that.

> Koby is also quite organized.  He did an excellent job of letting me know when he needed me to pick out the next set of materials.  He would usually say, "I need x in 2-3 weeks" which gave me plenty of time to get in touch with the interior designer and go pick out whatever needed buying.  He was also really good when something was needed in short order to let me know, "I need it in 2-3 days or I need it now."  Rarely was it the later.  Most likely the short time frame was because I hadn't gotten around to getting it earlier when he asked for it.

> Koby isn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and with Koby you get peace of mind that the project is going to go as smoothly as possible and when something goes wrong, he will help you figure out the best course of action.  Construction is hard and that extra peace of mind is invaluable.
