Since, we have utilized Dave Howe on custom one-off car ports. Their framing work displayed for said project is in their profile under "Perry Park" we confirm. From a design-build standpoint and between my Customer, contractor and themselves the sub-contractor, they have the experience to match the vision and complete project. Unmatched skill. > Objectively speaking Cons: communication confirmation, hard dependencies indicative upon niche mortise tenon construction parameters which Customers may not understand clearly and at times can't be simplified into specifics, which is the nature of that skill.
