Julie and Bryan work in concert to help design, plan and construct with professionalism and skill.  Not only are they great but they have a team of professional crafts people who are friendly, trustworthy and very skilled at what they do.  The project was very well planned, transparent (in terms of what would be done and what it would cost) and executed flawlessly.  I don't have another project planned at this time but, when I do, I will call Bryan Casey Construction.

> We hired Bryan Casey Construction for a main floor refresh in our home which included refinishing current hardwood floors, new hardwood floors in a previously carpeted area, updated kitchen island and lighting throughout the main floor. The experience was ok and with any project there was good and bad, so we recommend with some watchouts. Julie has a great vision and ideas, which was a great bonus. Julie stretched us outside our comfort zone and her suggestions were all great for the refresh. We are happy with the finished result despite a few challenges.
> A challenge of the project was a project manager change halfway through the project and communication. We were often reaching out for updates, being asked questions by sub-contractors because they didn't receive clear communication. Another challenge was a mistake by the team that resulted in needing to re-do a large section of the hardwood floors and extending the project. BCC did the right thing and fixed the problem, which we greatly appreciated.

> After searching for three years to find a company that could bring our dreams to reality--and enhance those dreams along the way--we were thrilled when we were introduced to Julie and Bryan. From our first encounter, I knew that it was going to be a great fit.  Our main goals were to move our laundry out of our most used walkway, create a mudroom in that space, open the dining room to the kitchen, and add on to the house to create a dream closet.  Julie and Bryan took all that information, and brought back plans that did all that and more!  Instead of simply opening the kitchen to the dining room, they presented a solution that ensured when we host family events everyone can be connected.  Walls came down, rooms were created, and our first floor opened up.

> Bryan Casey Construction was supportive and flexible through the entire process.  While it is never fun to have your entire first floor under construction, they made it as easy as possible.  The construction team was courteous, timely, and responsive.  For example, as the closet addition was underway, I shared my concern that the closet was not big enough--rather than trying to convince me otherwise, they took out measuring tapes and plotted out what it would look like to take some space from our primary bedroom to create a larger closet.  In another case, we suggested that flipping the existing dining room and current office would allow for a larger walk-in pantry and for the office to have doors.  The Bryan Casey team went to work and created plans to expand the pantry, add a coffee bar where the doorway to the dining room was, and create storage in the new office space.
