> When you’re building a backyard cottage, you’re going to spend a lot of time with the contractor and their team on your own private property, so you want someone that is reliable, trustworthy and communicative. Sean of Targa Homes is all of those things and so much more. He is a thoughtful project manager and budget-minder, an incredibly detail-oriented and skilled craftsman, an expert in sustainable building science, and an enthusiastic green building educator. Targa Homes took our rough idea for a simple backyard box and turned it into a vision beyond anything we could have dreamed of  — and then brought it to life on time and within our budget.

Every step of this project—from the design phase and permitting process to the depths of construction and final punch list details—was a positive experience (which is almost unheard of in this industry!)
