> Chris Peron of American Building Contractors built a high deck on the back of our house. The construction included tearing out a wall and installing a French door along with electrical work. Despite a very rainy season, Chris was able to get the job done expeditiously. Not only did he meet all the expectations of the city inspectors, he also was extremely meticulous in the finishing details. As part-time residents of Asheville, we were very pleased that Chris always kept us informed of the construction progress and answered our questions quickly and courteously.  Chris is honest, conscientious, and has a great work ethic.  We are very pleased with his work and will rehire him for future jobs.

> ABC Contracting was one of three general contractors our real estate company listed for us when we asked for recommendations since we had just moved to North Carolina and knew no one who was licensed to do home repairs. We picked ABC because Chris listened courteously to everything we needed done, let us know he had a crew of professionals to handle the parts of the job he didn’t do himself (electrician, plumber), and gave us a reasonable quote for the job. He also asked us to give him a list of exactly what items we preferred for bathroom furniture, tile, and fixtures so he could get them himself.

> We needed both the master and guest bathrooms totally renovated and Chris scheduled his crew to do first one and then the other so that we would have at least one working facility over the weeks the job(s) would take. He also took care of getting permits and scheduling the inspection of work that had been done so that we could move on with each project. All the work wound up getting done well with some reasonable time extensions and both bathrooms are a daily joy to use and admire.

> We decided, a few months later, to have Chris screen in part of our back porch so that we could entertain in that area three seasons of the year. He once again gave us a reasonable quote and completed the work to our satisfaction within the time range he estimated. The good thing about Chris is that, even when circumstances cause delay, you know he is reliable and will get the job done as soon as possible. We’ll definitely give ABC Contracting a call the next time we have another project that needs doing!
