> I had heard horror stories from friends and family in regards to their experience with contractors and remodeling projects. My remodeling experience with James was wonderful! He is organized, reliable, reasonable and positive. I appreciated his style of open communication and can-do attitude. He remodeled our kitchen, put new flooring in, painted all walls, replaced vanities in our bathrooms and replaced the windows in our entire house. His subcontractors were reliable and friendly. I originally found him on Angie's list and saw his good reviews. He did not disappoint. I would encourage you to hire him for your next project.

His lead, Dan was particularly great, taking the extra time to understand components we picked that were new to him.    James always had a positive attitude, showed up when he indicated and got things done.   Low dust, protection for floors and respect for the rest of the house while the construction was going on.  James also provided the best tile guy, Eugene, that did a fantastic job with natural stone and the complicated very fragile mosaic.     We would definitely use Cox Custom Remodeling again.
