**★ — COLDWELL BANKER RESIDENTIAL ORANGE, CT 06477, March 2026**

> 60 THOUSAND DOLLARS LATER... I have cabinets that look like they are from a salvage yard. every one is a different shade, and tone and EACH CABINET has different shades and tones... NONE OF WHICH I ORDERED. Even after spending 100+ dollars on a CURRENT SAMPLE! I reached out to company & they sent a rep. I offered to just give me drawer and door fronts, as I want my kitchen done!. The rep said there was a 50/50 chance they would come the same way!! I offered to eat the cost of the natural ceruse technique, because there is obviously NO QUALITY CONTROL and was told NO they will only give what I ordered... but I ordered natural coursed white oak and got GREY.... I HATE GREY! They sent me replacements that are worse! Grey, drawers have stripes of different colors, and I got flat drawer fronts... the cabinets have frame... each rail is a different tone and the centers are as well. It looks AWFUL! My kitchen is center of house with family on one side and living on other. The plan was to have same flooring throughout, however, NOTHING looks right with this circus of colors unless I put white tile throughout. my home. I live in Connecticut, not Florida. Working with OMEGA, has set a project that was supposed to be done in September, to still unfinished in March because of the time it takes to deal with them. My home is a disaster because of them and I am out 60 thousand dollars.

> Omega Cabinetry offers a wide variety of products, excellent craftmanship, and prompt customer service. Great place to find wood species and cabinet options other don't offer.

> We have been offering products from Omega Cabinetry since opening our first showroom in 2014. Their quality control in both their Pinnacle and Dynasty Series has allowed us to offer the products our customers need with confidence. Their Dynasty Series in particular is priced in line with most other semi-custom cabinet lines, but we have had significantly less issues with construction or finish when compared to other cabinet lines. When we have experienced issues, their customer service representatives have always helped to resolve them. Given the lead times for cabinetry, it is nice to rest assured that your order will arrive as expected.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Higher price for Omega cabinets worth it?** *(in Kitchens)*

I have three quotes in for my kitchen remodel. Well, two so far; waiting on the third.
From one remodeler we selected Omega cabinets, and from the other KraftMaid. The KraftMaid was optioned out with full plywood box construction. Both were selected with a glazed finish, so I think they’re roughly on par with each other in terms of build and finish parameters. The Omegas cost out at roughly almost 50% more than the KraftMaid. Omega is supposed to be good, but to those who have experience in this area, is it really worth the 50% upcharge?

A: Omega’s current product line includes semi-custom and custom cabinetry. In the past, designers could enhance a Dynasty project with cabinets from the Pinnacle line, by placing two separate orders. Starting in 2021, designers can specify both semi-custom and custom cabinets in one order, instead of separate orders. This makes it much easier for designers. We are always searching for ways to streamline designers’ worklife.
