We talked about using part of the existing home, Todd came up with a much better solution, one that saved us money and it was more isolated for privacy. He also helped us have high functionality/flow with our design. We get so many compliments from our guests! Additionally he made the permit process in Santa Cruz County seem easy. He was always responsive, on time, professional and honest about the entire process. Highly recommend Todd as your Architect!
