East heat help desk very helpful ion locating the problems however there were so many shorts that the cable had to be replaced. East heat provided cable but tile floor had to be replaced at the expense of I and the installer. Works currently however the thermostat, which was changed out three times is very sensitive to how the cover is fitted in with the small micro connectors. Just touching it can cause the screen to blank out. Have o carefully get set and in correct position then leave it alone and it will work fine. Have seen other complaints on the thermostat. Including heated floors really enhanced my modern luxury theme and provides the warming element that was needed since my bathroom is technically an addition to the home. The cables and thermostat are reasonably priced and the labor charge was minor charge since I was remodeling the bathroom anyway. I have had the cable installed for two months and have not seen a significant increase in my electric bill which is why I would HIGHLY recommend this product for your heated flooring needs.
