Their commitment to the Client is outstanding! As the designers on the project, we have made requests along the way that might challenge other builders. Bill and his team approach each request with enthusiasm and follow through with every detail. They are organized, responsive, professional, talented and have a wide range of resources necessary to complete any project. Their expertise with green building is extensive and this provides the Client with the most current energy efficient building options available in the industry today. > I highly recommend the Celebration Contracting team! > Sally Scott > Sally Scott Interior Design **Comment from Celebration Green Design & Build:** > Thank you so much for your generous praise! The role that you and Meghan played on this project was pivotal to its success and we couldn't have done it without your support. What continued to impress us was your high level of engagement and commitment to go to any lengths to realize the unique vision of our clients in creating their dream home. We anxiously await the arrival of the furniture and accent pieces to see the culmination of your excellence! **★★★★★ — kolb\_suzanne1, Jan. 2014** > Extremely professional and reliable > Open to cutting edge design and out of the box concepts > Deadline oriented > Extremely knowledgeable in their field > Clean & organized > Personable and competent **★★★★★ — Sharon K, Dec. 2013** > We had purchased a house near the shore and decided to do some renovations. After working with an architect (C-K Architects) for several months, the specs were sent out for bids. Celebration was highly recommended and came in with a very reasonable quote. We met with them and were happy with their answers to our questions and their willingness to work with us to reduce costs. Throughout the project we were impressed with their knowledge and their attention to detail. Dan did an excellent job of overseeing the subcontractors and demanding quality work from them. Now that the project is completed, they have continued to be responsive. For example, we noticed a minor leak from one of the bathtubs and they had the plumber come out to fix it right away. In general, we have been very pleased and would highly recommend them. **★★★★★ — anietlisbach, Dec. 2013** > Celebration Development completed the home improvement we contracted for in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Excellent experience and would definitely recommend this crew. **★★★★ — lisaprollins2013, Dec. 2013** > My parents purchased a summer beach house. I encouraged them to interview Joe and his company. While there, Celebration uncovered the fact that a former buyer covered up lovely stone fireplace with sheetrock! My parents are still deciding what they plan to do there; however, I would highly recommend you give them the opportunity for an quote whenever you have any construction projects. > By the way, they have dismantled the sheetrock and this beautiful stone now embellishes our dining room which is SOOO much nicer. Thank you Joe!! **★★★★★ — wygonikj, Dec. 2013** > Celebration Development guided us in all phases of our kitchen remodel, from original design to the finishing touches. Their attention to detail is the difference between a good project or an exquisite one. Craftsmanship is second to none. **★★★★★ — User, Dec. 2013** > I have had the pleasure of working alongside Celebration Development Group on several occasions over the last few years. All of these projects were high-end residential new construction or major renovations. Although I was always impressed by the quality of their work, what impresses me most is how happy the clients were with Celebration during and following project completion. They are masters at client satisfaction. **★★★★★ — hondeegee, June 2013** > Celebration Development Group was recommended by our architect to update a cottage, originally built in 1903 as a summer cottage in Connecticut. It is a tiny cottage on a tiny lot. It had been "fixed up" here and there over the years by DIYs. You wouldn't think such a small house could have such big surprises as part of the renovation process. Celebration did just what we wanted a contractor to do. They handled all the little and big issues (which can be very personal when it's your home). Celebration's owner, and every person they had work on the house, were professional, knowledgeable, AND took pride in how their part contributed to making the house well constructed and beautiful. We especially appreciated that Celebration's owner cares about making your home energy efficient. We were very happy with everything about Celebration Development Group. **★★★★★ — wygonikg, April 2013** > Celebration Development Group is a highly-quality organization that works within their customer’s budget, in addition to, providing information on energy saving products for long term savings. They are extremely professional, meet all their deadlines and their "craftsmanship" is OUTSTANDING. They communicate on a daily basis to ensure the day’s work is to the customer’s satisfaction. Working with Celebration Development Group was easy due to their professionalism and their constant collaboration before, during and after the finished project. **Comment from Celebration Green Design & Build:** > Thank you for the review -- we thoroughly enjoyed transforming your kitchen, dinning room and family room **★★★★★ — meckerd, March 2013** > Celebration did a major renovation of our house, extending the size of our living space, creating a new roof line, opening a living room and kitchen to create a great room, and adding a new fireplace, built in cabinetry and a screened in porch. Bill Freeman was always responsive and his foreman was here daily. > Bill added details that went beyond our original design at no extra cost. He researched fixtures and appliances for us, and also guided us to make our choices "green," which we appreciate. We can't say enough about how beautiful everything looks and how thrilled we are, and how satisfied we are with the work done by Celebration. **Comment from Celebration Green Design & Build:** > It was a pleasure to work with the Eckerd's on their home renovation and addition -- we were happy to be awarded the Best Residential Remodel for the CT HBRA 2011 HOBI Awards **★★★★★ — dlcammack, March 2013** > We loved working with Celebration. Joe Sarfaty (our project manager) was a stunningly calm, capable, and steady pair of hands, the carpenters on the project were brilliant, and the subcontractors mostly very good to excellent. We renovated our entire house, including the basement, over a period of about a year, and while it had the potential to be a horrifically stressful time, every problem was successfully resolved with a minimum of fuss and we are genuinely delighted with the result. We felt very well looked after by Bill and Joe, found their advice to be uniformly sensible, and really enjoyed our weekly meetings. They made everything very easy and were a real pleasure to work with -- I couldn't recommend them more highly. **★★★★★ — hannah purdy, March 2013** > I've worked with Celebration on multiple residential projects and have found them to be honest, professional, and timely. They also tackle problems on site with intelligence and respect. I highly recommend using Celebration! ## Selected projects - [Breathtaking Stony Creek Cottage - Branford, CT](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/breathtaking-stony-creek-cottage-branford-ct-pj-vj~2355918) - Location: Branford, CT - Photos: 17 - Description: 2017 Fine Homebuilding's HOUSE Awards issue: Reader's Choice 2nd place winner - [Historic Fenwick Beach House Restoration](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/historic-fenwick-beach-house-restoration-pj-vj~176812) - Location: Old Saybrook, CT - Photos: 29 - Description: The House dates back to about 1871 and has been an integral part of the storied history of Fenwick, CT ever since.
