Due to a leak in our bathroom, we were suddenly thrown into an unexpected project that began with a company we were not familiar with and one that did poor workmanship. I contacted Keith at KBF to get his opinion of their work, and he was honest and informed me they were using outdated materials and not applying the materials correctly.
