> Tamara and her support team are a pleasure to work with. She is exceptionally skilled at creating spaces that not only function well, but feel wonderful when you are in them. She started by getting to know my personal design preferences and when I wasn't certain, she provided excellent guidance. She learned the personalities and preferences of our family members and held that in mind while designing spaces. She learned what  activities would occur in our family's home and created designs to facilitate those activities. When there were constraints to work around, she provided realistic solutions to maximize the enjoyment of our space. She is especially talented in her ability to anticipate how a space will feel before it is constructed and I trust her completely with these types of decisions. She is highly professional and worked well with other professionals on the project. When I was building a home in Charlottesville, she oversaw the project in my absence and she maintained quality control on our project. She is attentive to details and always recommends what is in our best interest. I highly recommend her design services.

> We worked with Tamara on a kitchen re-design during the summer of 2016. She transformed a dated, narrow, claustrophobic kitchen into a bright, open space that is now the heart of the house. By moving walls and widening doors, other rooms were opened and integrated. In fact, a dark room in the center of the house receives light from the kitchen and is a room we finally enjoy. Tamara helped us choose kitchen cabinetry, countertops and lighting that complement the surrounding rooms and our tile choices. She is knowledgeable, creative, and able to work quickly and on the spot when needed. She was also sensitive to our cost constraints.

She and Nancy were always available for questions and no detail was too small to deal with.   One day at the end of the project we just walked through the house and decided that it looked like a page out of Architectural Digest!  We can't believe that Tamara and Nancy were able to deliver exactly what what we wanted (and more) - a little rustic, a little elegant, comfortable and restful - put together seamlessly and beautifully.
