**Q: stain color** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the wood and stain color on railing?

A: Hi Gina, 
The stain was a blend of Minwax colors. I think it was Red Mahogany and Early American but I am not 100%, it may have been RM and Provincial. I find the best thing to do when it comes to paint colors and stains is to test it out first and then make your decision. Different light in a room can really make a world of difference whether artificial or natural light.

A: the chandelier was purchased from our local lighting store by the homeowners.

A: the foyer is 14' wide and 20' deep

A: This home does not have gutters. I think when it comes to gutters it sometimes becomes a balancing act of form versus function. Although gutters do have a place on a home in managing waterflow they can at times be unsightly and take away from the look of the home, so sometimes you just have to make a judgment call.

A: sorry that is incorrect HC-31 Waterbury Cream from Benjamin Moore is the wall paint

**Q: What's the pattern for the iron balusters?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I'm trying to re-create this look for my house, but I can't figure out the pattern between scroll balusters and ball balusters.  Thanks for you help.
