**★★★★★ — Michelle Wilson - President of American General C, July 2024**

> Greg with OCGG Architects has been our go-to Architect for all our projects for the past couple of years due to his professionalism, expertise and fast response time. We enjoy working with him as he truly takes pride in his work. He has an impressive portfolio of projects that span across styles and functions from hospitality to higher education and from custom residential to commercial.

**★★★★★ — Kimberly Cousineau, Dec. 2016**

> My husband and I hired Greg Geslicki of OCGG to design a new screened-in porch and 2-car garage. The challenge was to integrate these two structures with the existing house and Greg solved the problem beautifully. OCGG's proposal was clear and easy to understand. Greg worked closely with our Village to ensure that every detail met our local codes. By effectively collaborating with our GC, he kept our project on track on and under budget. The end result is a beautful outdoor living space and fantastic 2-car garage. We are thrilled with Greg and OCGG!

**★★★★★ — Globex Developments Inc., Jan. 2016**

> We worked together with OCGG Architects to build a custom home. OCGG are true professionals that provide great design and are very effective in communicating. They are extremely detail-oriented and organized. Flexibility in collaboration, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget are all priorities. They come up with very creative ideas from their extensive experience and knowledge. We would highly recommend working with OCGG Architects.

**★★★★★ — Built Custom Carpentry, Dec. 2015**

> Ocgg architects designed and helped renovate our home. The process was professional, affordable, and helpful at all times. We did a complete gut and renovation of a 1970 first floor to a modern transitional open floor plan. I'm looking forward to using them again for the basement and second floor. Greg brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in all traditional and modern architecture and interior design. Highly recommended.

**★★★★★ — 1216grove, June 2013**

> My husband and I hired OCGG Architects and specifically worked with Greg in designing our house. Greg was introduced to us by a prospective builder. We hired Greg but not the builder. Greg is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He provided helpful suggestions from design to the built out process and was very mindful of how we want our house to be. He is a an excellent listener and communicator. He is patient, easy to talked to and very easy to get a hold of and answered all our questions. He validated our choices in building materials and collaborated with us in many of the interior design elements. He was there for us every step of the way. If I did not understand anything about the building process, he is my go to person. I talked to him first before making any decisions. I trusted his judgment and he protected our interest and the integrity of the design throughout the built out process. We have been in our home for almost a year now and have not regretted any of the design aspect. Our house is beautiful inside and out! It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend OCGG to everyone out there who is thinking of building their dream home.

**★★★★★ — boulongier, May 2013**

> OCGG Architects transformed our small home. Using the existing footprint, they designed a beautiful, compact, workable home. They created a sense of space and comfort within a limited area and were faithful to our budget.
> OCGG supervised construction and kept the builder on budget.
> The firm also worked with us to decorate our new home.
> We really got full service from OCGG Architects. We could not be more pleased with the service and our new home.

**★★★★★ — dhively, July 2012**

> OCGG was the architect and design firm for our split level remodel. It was a challenging project. Greg is extremely creative and came up with amazing ideas. Okie is extremely organized and really assisted moving the project along and getting permits. Because the remodel and roof line were so challenging, our framing crew and GC had questions in the field. Greg showed up in the field at 7am when needed so the project did not get slowed. As changes and opportunities came during the project, Greg would show up and offer ideas. They are also amazing designers and give many ideas.
>
> I love the style, creativity and responsiveness of this firm. I highly recommend.

**Q: Amazing transformation!! Any chance of sharing a ballpark budget??** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you. Are you in the Chicago area? This project was completed in 2010. Very few of the construction costs would translate to present building market conditions.

**Q: how many room and hall and washroom and kitchen in this house** *(in Photo Questions)*

hy, i want detail about this house i means in this house how many room halls and kitchen in ground and first floor with furniture

A: about 2500 SF ground Floor and 1500 SF upper floor

**Q: Name of stone** *(in Photo Questions)*

Would you mind sharing the name of the stone?

A: This was a stone veneer was from Eden Stone Co.

This project was done in 2006/2007

The closest one they carry now is http://www.edenstone.net/product.asp?productID=189&name=Chilton%20Country%20Manor

In general the color range of stone can vary greatly. Each lot can be very different from the other,
You and/or you architect need to be on site to chose the right color combination
