> Be careful with this builder. We purchased a brand new house from them in 2011 and we have had several problems with shoddy workmanship and when we contacted the owner (Bryce) of the company, they essentially shrugged their shoulders and said "oh well too bad, not our problem".
> They did not finish the house or the deficiencies after we moved in, which were noted on the walk-thru, they then did not provide enough insulation in several of the exterior walls and roof,  the heating system was under-sized for the size of house this is, the dryer duct was not connected properly and sealed in the walls and ceiling disconnected and the deck was not sealed properly and caused a significant amount of damage. The cost of all the deficiencies was at least $20,000+.
> There are many other home builders in the Marda Loop area and I would recommend looking elsewhere, because who knows what else is deficient in our house that we haven't discovered yet...
