The outcome has always been of excellent quality at a fair price and completed in a timely manner.  Joe Frazer has always been responsive and available for consultation.  He demands high standards of excellence from his own employees as well as sub-contractors.  His years of experience, mastery of construction techniques and materials, and ability to work amicably with design professionals and homeowners are meaningful assets on any job he undertakes.  We highly recommend this construction company.
