Working for a contractor as a sub, you kind of see how he/she runs their business...anything from working with all their subs and employees, to how well organized the job site is, to seeing the quality of the work that goes into the house. Well, I haven't been paid or even asked to give this review. But, Jon rules above them all!! Jon has been the most focused and hands-on contractor of them all. Jon Badeaux is by far and away the most effective and creative builder I have ever worked with. He was also helpful in selecting John Hofacre as our architect who did an amazing job of fitting the addition to an existing home into a triangle shaped lot. What was also impressive was the manner in which Jon and his team met all the building requirements which facilitated a very responsive review by the Capitola Planning organization. What also impressed our neighbors was the manner in which Jon and his team kept not only the building site but the surrounding area clean and did not negatively impact our neighbors during construction.
