> I ordered drapes and sheers to go behind the drapes for 2 very tall windows (a total of 4 panels). The order came and was great quality, however, the drapes and sheers were to be the same length. The sheers are over an inch longer than the drapes and it looks silly hanging behind the drapes. I sent multiple pictures and pictures with a tape measure showing the discrepancy to customer service and in one email they agreed to let me return them for a full refund, but then the next email they rescinded that and asked for more pictures. I sent over 12 pictures that clearly show them different lengths. I would have kept them if they were the same, I like them!!! I'm not trying to get away with anything. I am now $728 out of pocket and without drapes that look good and no refund. They clearly don't stand by their mistakes/products. Buyer Beware. I guess I'll file a complaint with my credit card company.

A: Hi S.T! Yes, you are able to hang this product with drapery pins. We recommend puncturing the pins 2" from the top of the header. For a 50" wide panel use 6 pins/rings.
