My primary goals are to create interiors that capture a client’s unique personality, enhance the home’s individuality, excite the senses, and exceed expectations.

With a myriad of beckoning options available, all projects must begin with pinpointing a client's preferences and needs; assessment of the physical space; as well as review of the budget and timeline. Having been in practice over 20 years, I bring efficiency to that process, confidence to the client's decision-making, and a rich design expertise to each project.

> I would hire Lisa again.

**★★★★★ — ROBERT PAUL CONSTRUCTION, Dec. 2017**

> Lisa, at Dunlevie Interiors, is something special! I am a C-54 Tile and Stone contractor who has worked with Lisa on many different projects. She has a wide range of knowledge of both design and building concept as well as several years of “field” experience. This is obvious in how she has quick solutions to sometimes very tricky and detailed jobsite challenges. She is an invaluable liaison between the homeowner and subcontractor who can communicate well her clients needs and expectations. She is a very well rounded designer, she is easy to work with and has a great attitude. No homeowner could go wrong hiring Lisa for any size project.

> My husband and I did a complete home remodel. Lisa worked with us for over a year from blueprint stage to hanging art. We loved working with her and she quickly identified our style. The entire process was simple. We could easily make decisions from the samples and plans she created for us. Lisa helped us pick tile, plumbing, paint, carpet, electrical fixtures and furnishings. She worked closely with our cabinet maker to completely design all of our cabinet specifications. She was also helpful in communication between our contractor and all the trades. Being pregnant during the remodel, Lisa was a lifesaver in keeping the project running on time with minimal stress. We love our new home and would choose Dunlevie Interiors again.

**Comment from Dunlevie Interiors:**

> Thanks, Sara! Though managing a busy schedule, you were always well prepared. Assisting you and your "growing" family create the home of your dreams was a joy.

**★★★★★ — Nancy Schneider, Nov. 2017**

> I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa as she helped in creating a new design for our master bedroom. She is a joy to work with and has a keen eye for knowing just what we wanted and did a masterful job of creating that. I give her the highest marks and recommend her completely. I am certain if you hire her, you will be as pleased as we have been. I actually found her by looking at many websites and photos on houzz to find what I liked and had no prior knowledge of working with Lisa before finding her through houzz. I got very lucky.

> Lisa at Dunlevie Interiors has surpassed my expectations in every way. She is a consummate professional and offers ideas which are current and fresh. We are very pleased with our drapery, lighting, and furniture that Lisa brought to us. We completed our kitchen, living room and Pool House with Lisa. She was there every step of the way and its always a pleasant experience. We are very pleased to highly recommend Dunlevie Interiors.

> My husband and I hired Lisa to redesign our staircase, power room and bonus room. Lisa was a pleasure to work with, extremely professional and very responsive. Her designs were creative, functional and suited the style of our home and lifestyle. Nearly every recommendation Lisa made, we LOVED. i would highly recommend Lisa and will plan on hiring her again when we redo our kitchen.

**★★★★★ — Hoda Parvinchiha, Dec. 2016**

> We had an incredible experience with Lisa. My husband and I had very different ideas about our home remodel and she was able to bring both our visions to life. She came up with ideas that we never imagined and the final product turned out to be better than we imagined. Also we had some issues with contractors and she was able to work effectively with everyone we put in front of her. I recommend her with enthusiasm!!!

**★★★★★ — Helen DeLain, Dec. 2016**

> Where do I begin? I recently had the honor of working with Lisa Dunlevie through our remodel project that involved our kitchen, living room and entry way. She was able to transform our dated home in to a showplace. Her incredible knowledge of design paired with her calming personality helped us navigate the sometimes stressful adventure of a remodel. From our initial meeting Lisa was able to tailor the design wish lists of me and my husband (that didn't always match) and created a stunning cohesive design that fit our needs exactly. Lisa was incredibly patient in answering our endless questions. From start to finish it has been such a pleasure to work with Lisa. I love every element of our remodel. From the custom cabinets down to the rustic flooring, none of it would have been possible if it weren't for the talents of Lisa Dunlevie.

**★★★★★ — Elizabeth Boerger, Dec. 2016**

> My husband and I have hired Lisa to design and remodel our bathroom. Considering the space is limited, we didn't think there would be much to do to create more real estate and yet, by the end of our creative session she had changed our thinking and totally transformed the set up of the room. So looking forward to the finished product and her guidance throughout.

**★★★★★ — JOHN & LISA ROUGH, Nov. 2016**

> From original budget to final reconciliation it was a 10 month project. Our primary residence. Entire upstairs (master and 3 bedrooms, four bathrooms, a bonus room and craft room) all remodeled. We stayed in the house. My third major remodel, the second with Lisa. She's the best. Great design and color sense, always organized, superb attention to detail with the best group of contractors I've ever worked with. Looks sweet but she's an iron lady.

**★★★★★ — Darlene Halaby Photography, March 2016**

 - Description: The dated '70's home of a fine artist and his wife was transformed into a backdrop to display his art. The first order of business was to raise the cramped 7'6" ceiling. A decorative truss system was added to the lone necessary structural beam to create visual interest. By removing a restrictive peninsula that separated the kitchen from a small family room, a multi-purpose open-plan great room was created. Used brick on the walls, a wood floor and large white wall with gallery lighting to displa…

 - Description: Nestled onto 4 very private acres, this custom built, Arts and Crafts home includes an extensive use of natural cherry cabinets and moldings. The owners originally thought they wanted a modern version of a Craftsman home. As the design phase progressed and their knowledge and love of the architectural movement increased, so did their desire to be true to the period. Indoor spaces spill organically outside and vice versa; a splendid example of the Arts and Crafts vision.

Honed black granite countertops against white cabinets and the striking Ann Sacks marble black and white mural behind the cooktop balance the red and complete the "pop!"

## Community Q&A

**Q: what wood and finish are the cabinets?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The wood is alder and the stain was custom mixed on site. Alder has a bit of pink to it. That wasn't our goal, so we needed to add green (opposite on the color wheel) to remove it.

**Q: Love the bathroom. What are the dimensions for bath and shower area** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I'm sorry, but I am unable to locate the info. The project was finished several years ago and the contractor would have that exact info.

**Q: Can you share I formation about the paint color in this room :)** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Sorry for the slow response. The project was finished several years ago and I was unable to locate this information.

**Q: What color paint are the walls/** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: We were originally going to wrap the walls with a neutral woven grasscloth, but the room receives a lot of sun so fading was a concern. Instead, a similar toasty warmth was achieved with Dunn Edwards "Graham Cracker" DE6144.

**Q: I love those pendants! the colors in this kitchen are perfect.** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where can I get those pendants?

A: Both are custom paint colors we mixed on the job. One is a light warm gray and the other is actually a very dark grey with a small bit of green, which was inspired by the soapstone.

**Q: Wall color** *(in Photo Questions)*

What paint color did you use on the walls?

A: Thanks for the question! We were originally going to wrap the walls with a neutral woven grasscloth, but the room receives a lot of sun so fading was a concern. Instead, a similar toasty warmth was achieved with Dunn Edwards "Graham Cracker" DE6144.
