Among them, Marcos and CMC Hardwood Floors was, by far, the best group we worked with because of their quality, efficiency, trustworthiness and professionalism. Marcos did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. He was also able to identify, during the estimate phase, any potential issues that would increase costs/time. And finally, and most importantly, the work itself was of the highest quality. Marcos and his team are true craftsmen who have incredible integrity for their work. In fact, there was an area where the staining came out a bit lighter than the rest of the house. Not only did Marcos point it out during the walk thru (which was subtle enough where I may not have noticed myself), he insisted that he come back to try and fix it. A: Solid and finished onsite although I always recommend using engineered. Carlisle is beautiful.
