> Horrible place to buy tile.  I received tile scuffed and scratched and they told me to buy some muriatic acid to clean it.  Uh, you can’t clean scratches.  The big box stores would have just exchanged the bad tiles.  80 out of 125 were bad.

> 25 years I have been a tile installer. They are bar none the worst. I bid a job they quoted $7.50. ordered material for a contractor I been with 20 years. It 8.95 plus freight (quoted $400.) Nope $622. Problem is this isn't the first problem with this company! It the 3 out of 4 in the last year!

> Customer service is what differentiates vendors from one another. Helping customers navigate through internal business process and policies with clear communication is key to a successful customer experience. Unfortunately, my experience with a representative of Beaver Tile was not pleasant. Their condescending attitude and ineffective communication style when responding to questions was appalling.  I don't know why our contractor would ever recommend them knowing how rude they can be to the end customer. While they may have exclusive relationships with certain tile vendors, the unprofessional conduct I encountered is enough for me to avoid this design center for any future projects.

**Q: What series and color are the Epro tiles on the shower?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: These tiles are part of Epro's Country Home Collection. The color is Quail Grey (matte glaze).

**Q: Looking for Granite Countertops!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I am renovating a foreclosure to make it ADA accessible so that I am able to move in. I have a rare genetic disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which has left me permanently disabled and on a strict income as I only receive disability. I am looking for a company who will be able to supply granite, plus installation, for this kitchen plan, on a budget of up to $2500. Please advise. Thank You.

A: We do not handle granite slabs. I recommend Tile City or the Cutting edge in Farmington Hills. I hope this helps you.

A: The cabinets in this photo are black. I do not have any specific information, as the installation photo represents tile that we carry at Beaver Tile and Stone.

A: We do not carry countertops, but from the image, it looks like quartz.

Also what is the name of the back splash tile and manufacture?

A: I am not sure where that particular range came from but if you are in Michigan I would direct you to EW Kitchens in Troy and Wixom.
