He was great from start to finish and had always been very responsive to us. We had a staged project knowing that the overall complete project would be expensive. Greg was fantastic in helping work out the details of staging and planning for the next phase. They had a big job that would really effect how the back of our home looked because they had to match the stone veneer, move and lay huge boulders and completely rebuild our deck stairs due to huge grade changes. Everything came out amazing! Justin and the crew were great, friendly and helpful too. They even put up with our big puppy wanting to be in their way each day :). We love, love our firepit and Greg went above and beyond with getting our barn doors. The layout of everything is so natural and so much better than it was. I never thought I would say our dog run looks beautiful! In the past, we've had problems with landscaper reliability. It always seemed that once you pay them, you never hear from them again. We had a small patio where the space was designed inefficiently. We bought a fire chat set and the patio was too crowded. We decided to re-do the patio and contacted Greg for ideas and a quote. We had many sessions where he proposed things and he would rework the design based on our budget. He was so easy to work with! Even though the price for the work wound up being higher than we had anticipated, we scheduled the work with Watermark. I didn't try to shop for a better price. We wanted someone that would be there when they said they would and respond to our questions/changes. Watermark was all that! Greg's crew was respectful of our property. His crew lead Justin was so pleasant. When they did the planting, I was unhappy with a couple of the shrubs (we had requested this change during the design phase). I spoke to Greg and he agreed to change them to the trees he had originally suggested. He was able to take the shrubs back to the nursery so we didn't have to pay for them. During the 3 week job, Greg would come by regularly to inspect the work. We are SO happy with the end product. We have a patio that's very usable. There's plenty of room for the barbecue/bar area and the 4 person fire chat set. They installed professional outdoor lighting that gives it an extra special feeling at night. It is a large space and I didn't know much about what I wanted other than a ground level trampoline and a basketball court. From the first time I met Greg at Watermark, I had a good feeling he would be able to come up with a design that would work for our situation. Indeed he did! The design phase of the project went well from my perspective. I appreciated that he was willing to keep working with it until it was just right for our family and for my budget. He did not make me feel like I was making poor decisions when I had to scale things back. He respected my wishes and tweaked things until they were comfortable for him and for me. It was a big project which involved many workmen coming and going from our house. Since we were remodeling at the same time, there was a great deal of chaos going on for a few months. Greg always responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and concerns and even since my final payment has been at my home a number of times to check on things, see how we are liking the yard, and making sure all is well. I can tell that his goal is my utmost satisfaction and that he is the kind of person to ensure that he attains this goal with me and with all of his customers. Our family is loving the new yard!
