Upon enjoying rapid growth and success, founder Robert McCarthy restructured and streamlined the company in 1991. This refinement allowed the firm to hone its construction technique and flexibility to build high-quality luxury homes with expediency in a competitive marketplace. Today, the company is proud to have Principals Chris Lindsay, Scott Willson and Robert McCarthy at the helm, who jointly oversee every project.
