**Q: Amazing house, what is the wall to floor joint called?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I like the lack of a molding, but the drywall doesn't just butt up against the floor. What is this style called, and how difficult is it to achieve? Thank you very much.

A: We are the developer, so not sure about the name. It's certainly not easy, but I believe the drywall is hung with the space and then a piece of aluminum is place along the bottom before the wood floor goes down.

A: it was a tile custom made for this home.

**Q: Did you recess t.v. Into wall. If so how far back?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: yes, we typically recess the TVs. Not sure how far back but probably 4" and it finishes out at 3.5" after drywall. I believe this was done in wood, so I'm not sure how far back - maybe only 3".

A: It was custom made for this home by Modern Aire.

what kind of plant is that on the counter top?

A: Looks like an Aloe Vera. We had the home staged by our design team.
