We had a myriad of problems when our windows/doors were delivered, including broken glass (who delivers a product with broken glass?), missing hardware, other missing pieces, and a door that my 6' tall spouse would have to duck to fit through. The "custom" finish was the wrong color and comes off if you scratch it with a fingernail. The seals on several of the windows and doors are poor and allow air and noise through. Because Bede had a dispute with our contractor on a different job (Bede did not deliver their product in the promised time frame), they refused to correct or adjust their product on our project. We had to have two outside repair people fix at least some of the problems.
