Most of the craftspeople are employees, and they are true craftspeople with an undisputed pride in their work. They are friendly, engaging, and most important talented. You are comfortable with them working in your house, and they clean up at the end of each day. We renovated more than half the house, and it included moving load bearing and exterior walls and roof, all new electrical infrastructure, plumbing, and HVAC. Any changes to the planned schedule or cost were due to us making changes, we were kept in the loop on who would be working on the house and when. The Gridley team was on top of all the issues, and helped keep the level of stress to a bare minimum.
