Matt was very professional and helpful throughout the entire project. He came to our house a couple of times to take measurement and worked with us on the kitchen layout before we signed a contract. Matt provided us written cost estimates for a few different layout alternatives so we could make an informed decision about the best option for our budget. He took the time to explain the remodeling process before he started so we new what to expect during construction. Most importantly, Matt performed the work on budget and on schedule. He put up plastic to protect the rest of the house during construction. He was very good at pushing subcontractor and would ask them to come back for little things that we didn't even notice. We are very happy with our kitchen and have not had any issues. From the start, Matt had excellent communication skills and follow through with us. Matt did the majority of the work and coordinated with tile, plumbing and electric. His pricing was fair and came in right where I had projected. Work was completed timely with high quality. There were some unforeseen circumstances with a concrete reinforced shower from the 1960's (who does that?) and Matt took it in stride. A: The total cost of this project was about $49,000 with plans and permits. taking out all the interior work and adding up the exterior shell would be around $24,000 to $25,000 with plans and permits.
