> I feel like the luckiest woman in the world to have found Carol Carter Interior Design!  My husband and I purchased a home two years ago and combined two households of furniture.  Nothing matched, and I have no talent in design and furnishings.  During our initial consultation, I instantly knew Carol and I would work well together.  She has a gift of vision to see the potential of a room and the amazing ability to communicate her design to the customer.  I have trusted her instinct.  We couldn't be happier with the results.

> Eventually, we will decorate the entire house, but she is patient to know we are working within a budget and approaching our designing room by room.  We started with the formal living room and dining room.  It is absolutely beautiful!  We've used some of our existing furniture, bought some furniture, and reupholstered some pieces.  She found us several rugs that truly enhance the entire room.  Carol also is amazing at finding bargains that look like something you would purchase for hundreds of dollars.  When she can find bargains for some pieces, I don't mind investing in higher priced items that will hold their value over time.

> I met Carol Carter when my husband and I began designing our "dream home" in the Sierra foothills, east of Sacramento, CA.  We had been very impressed with her work on a "Street of Dreams" home that we had toured.  Carol became involved in our project from the very first stages of design.  She was at every meeting with the architect and builder and her experience in all aspects of design and construction were very valuable. Carol helped with every design decision and choice of finishes that had to be made, regarding both the exterior and interior of our new home and we could not be happier with the outcome.  We moved into our home in January 2009 and due to the economy were unable to immediately furnish the house the way we wanted.  This has been a gradual process but Carol has stuck with me the whole way, working at the pace I have been comfortable with.  I am happy to say that we are close to completion. While it has now been over five years, Carol is still committed to this project.  Although she has moved to Tennessee, she still finds the time to return to California as needed. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Carol and how fortunate I have been to have her involved in this huge undertaking.  She turned what could have been a very stressful process into a very enjoyable and fulfilling experience.  Those of you in the Nashville area are lucky to have her!

> Carol Carter Design helped me do a 'make-over' of my home's interior. We pretty much addressed every room within a few month's time. The project was precipitated by my daughter's upcoming wedding shower. Carol dug into what needed to be done in record time, despite the extensive redo of many rooms. She found tile for our staircase and upstairs floor into the master bathroom. The design of this tile is an endless source of joy to me and my husband and gets many compliments from guests.  She chose paint for all our walls, rugs, furniture, art objects, frames -- our home is very non-traditional. Carol was able to help guide me toward original combinations of color without becoming garish or boring. We carpeted my daughter's bedroom, family room and painted everywhere. She found beautiful objects to enhance all the tables, etc without extraordinary expense and always unique and classic. I can't say enough about how beautiful she helped make our home. I have an unexpected renewed appreciation of the place. Carol made the remodel job joyous, on budget, and on time with a really pressing deadline for finishing. She is a great pleasure with whom to work and is a creative genius in my opinion.
