He conducted the visioning effort by the staff and inmates in a way that was inclusive ,sensitive and brilliant. He was directly involved in the successful construction of the sacred place garden in the middle of the corrections facility which involved complicated oversight due to the difficulty of construction in a space that needed to be secure at all times. I know that the inmates and staff who are users of this space were and are very enthusiastic about his work.
