> We had Eric come out in the summer of 2020 and bid a job for us (in writing) for $18,944.93. He wanted to start in November. To avoid the winter of mud we asked for him to start in March, 2021. When I hadn’t heard from him by Early Feb, 2021 I reached back out to make sure we were still on. I called and emailed for three weeks with no response. Finally, Karl Hying called as the “new” Production Manager. After chasing him around for a couple weeks finally got him to look at the job again. Apparently Eric quit or was fired and no one picked up his inbox? After the “reassessment,” we were slapped with a revised bid $52,000. We turned down multiple companies and will now have to start over on bid collection. I wish I could attach the bid to my review. It is insane. Apparently this person thinks I don’t have a general scope of the project to know he is $30,000 over on his bid compared to the other three companies that bid the work. Save your time and call a more professional company with less turnover.

> Terrible experience. Used subcontractors for the work because he was overextended with other jobs. The little work, which we received, was inconsistent and poor quality. There were many days no-one showed up when the weather was perfect. Failure to meet time deadlines. Most of all, poor communication skills from office and CEO Todd Higgins. There would be no response from texting, voice messaging and messages left for him at office. Would never recommend this company. Spend your money somewhere else.
