> Please do not do business with Findstone- learn from my mistake!

> Findstone is literally the worst company I have ever done business with. They shipped product that was damaged, then tried to blame the shipping company. The shipping looked fine when it arrived, but it wasn’t until I opened the first box of tiles that I discovered half of it was broken. When I asked to return it for a refund because I had to purchase a replacement product to do a job timely - they gave me the runaround. After a month they said I’d need to pay a 25% restocking fee and pay shipping for return (which is more than the entire cost of the product).

> I got the runaround for over a month and now I’m stuck with a pallet of unusable tile. I have done a lot of projects ordering online - and have never seen a company that sends damaged product, then doesn’t try to make things right.

> I understand you did not report any damages at the time of delivery and signed for the tiles received in good condition although we did ask you to write 'subject to damage inspection' if not checking. Tiles on a later date were reported damaged.

> From your message we came to know only 3 tiles were damaged out of the complete shipment and we immediately responded back with an offer to refund for those tiles as a goodwill gesture. Although we consider these small amount of waste to be used for corners where tiles are cut anyways and is part of the 10-15% extra which we recommend.

A: Sorry we don't ship to Canada for now.

**Q: How sturdy is this product** *(in Product Questions)*

A: These are Travertine pavers. Strong enough to be used outside on the walkway or pool side or even patio's. Not recommended for driveways though. Are you looking for Tiles or Pavers? Tiles are thin and pavers are usually 1 1/4" thick.
