> Construction next to my house (where the builder raised the lot) caused flooding inside my house. In looking for a solution other than tearing the house down or raising the entire house, I found Mike. By brainstorming the problem we came up with a solution to waterproof the exterior to a height that prevents future flooding. He also provided adequate exterior drainage to remove rainfall and runoff from next door, and on the interior he poured concrete to raise the interior floors in the most vulnerable areas. Mike and his team were unflaggingly professional, neat, and thorough in their work.
