Floor Covering Associates, Inc. is a Midwest, family owned business that opened in 1976 as a carpet store with only two employees. Over the years, CEO and President Bob Hill has guided this business to become one of the largest floor covering stores in the country. Throughout the years, FCA has expanded tremendously and now employs a staff of more than a hundred people, and offers a full range of floor covering products and services. 

At Floor Covering Associates, our goal is to be your “one stop shop”, offering only the best carpet, flooring and home furnishing items to customers who are looking to makeover their living space. We help customers find and install the specific carpet, carpet tile, area rugs, bamboo flooring, hardwood flooring, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tile, tile and cork flooring, as well as kitchen and bath cabinetry, granite, quartz and solid surface countertops, blind and drapery solutions and furniture.

> I have been wanting to put new carpet in my basement for some time but knew it would be a big project and expense.  Michelle at FCA gave excellent suggestions with carpet selections and at a great price.  The installers were very efficient and hard working and moved the bigger stuff that we couldn't without an additional charge.   The new carpet looks amazing and has improved the looks of the whole house.   I completely trust FCA and will be purchasing future flooring from them.

> Our experience was not good.  FCA came and measured for the project, designed it, and ordered the tile. We could not use their tiler as they were unable to customize as we required.  At the end of the project, we had nearly 3 cases of tile left over and they refused to accept a return citing their "no returns on special orders" policy and because we did not use their tiler. We followed their design precisely.  I had an independent contractor evaluate the situation and he agreed that too much tile had been ordered.   I could understand this if we had done our own measurements and design, but we did not.  A mistake was made,  It was not ours.  Their business practices are unethical and we received conflicting stories throughout the process.   I'd go to Floor and Decor across the street where there are better prices and honest deals.
