Sales rep Jerry Herzog was patient and helpful throughout the process, giving us several options without ever putting a hard sell on us when it came to upgrades. He was especially patient when we spent hours in the CDC showroom choosing tiles for the waterline and our vintage water feature. When we weren't thrilled with the coping options, he procured samples he found in Houston and delivered them to our house, and he took us to a tile/paver facility in West Phoenix to help us make our decision.
