Several changes were made to the design, including changes to the stairs that were not in compliance with what was approved by the city. This resulted in our having to have a railing placed. He also left a pallet of old retaining wall block sitting in front of my house for over five weeks. And, he buried large pieces of concrete from a different job in my yard without my permission and would not return to remove and/or smooth out the area. **Comment from Devine Design Hardscapes:** > No, we did not make changes that were not discussed prior. If there is a compliance issue with the step I would be interested to know what it is. As I recall the only change we made was the request you made to make the lower wall shorter which caused a complication when matching up the stair risers...which I knew would happen and conveyed that message to you upon requested change. The concrete blocks were picked up, apologies for the delay as I was travelling at that time.
