Chuck was very accommodating in providing the initial (free) quote and when all was said and done the final cost was in line. The job was started and completed on schedule and without any hassles. The process was fairly straight forward (once we jumped through the hoops set up for us by our own HOA). One of the reasons we went with Chuck is that he had the prerequisite insurance coverage to work in our building (14 story condo complex). Chuck installed our floors and made sure that the place was as clean as possible during the job (you try keeping a place clean when your work generates a fair amount of saw dust). At the end of the job, the place looked great and we are extremely happy with the results.
